The Winners in the 1,000 CUNA CFO Council Member Celebration are...

Membership in the CUNA CFO Council recently reached an all-time high, exceeding 1,000 members. To celebrate that milestone, the Council ran a promotion a few weeks ago in which members sent in their "Council Success Story" for the opportunities to win either an iPad or two VISA gift cards.

And the Winners are...

The randomly picked winner of the iPad is:

Anna May Nauss at AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union. According to her entry:

"The CFO Council list serve has been the most valuable tool at my disposal. The input from other CFOs across the country with their vast knowledge is like having a large accounting department at your disposal. Sharing stories of NCUA exams, future NCUA issues, how to handle new regulations are just some of the benefits of being a member of the CFO Council. I am glad to have this resource available to me as we move through the vast myriad of regulations, new regulations and dealing with our regulator."

The randomly picked winner of the $125 VISA Gift Card is:

Pam Ferber at Rushmore Electric Federal Credit Union. According to her entry:

"I'm a 20 Year Veteran of the Credit Union Industry. Last October I became CEO of a 19M credit union in South Dakota. I joined the CFO Council as a way to help me stay on top of the current financial and compliance issues facing us. When I visit with other CEO's, CFO's, or Compliance Specialist's of small credit unions they are amazed at how much knowledge I have on current topics. Thanks to all the CFO Council members for keeping me informed on everything from accounting entries to compliance issues. I strongly encourage other CEO's of small credit union's who also wear many hats to join CUNA's CFO Council."

The randomly picked winner of the $50 VISA Gift Card is:

Cristina Graber Neufeld at Park View Federal Credit Union. According to her entry:

"I joined CUNA's CFO Council just before all the activity with corporate stabilization started. Being relatively new to the credit union world, the list serve helped immensely with the steep learning curve I had to go through! Since then I've continued to glean valuable insights from my colleagues via the list serve. Also, I attended my first conference this year and really appreciated all of the information as well as the opportunities to network."
