A "Financial Flash" is intended to be a more technical, how-to type paper that helps address an immediate need vs. white papers, which are higher level, broader in scope and somewhat more philosophical or trend oriented.

Troubled Debt Restructuring was written by Dan Green, Executive Vice President of Strategy, Prime Alliance Solutions. Troubled Debt Restructuring is not new. Current economic conditions, however, have amplified the importance, necessity and complexity of determining when TDR is appropriate, how to account for them and how to track them.
