Call for CUNA CFO Council Executive Committee Nominations

The CUNA CFO Council executive committee is pleased to announce the Council's call for nominations for seats on the executive committee. During this election, two seats will be elected to three year terms.

Candidates for the executive committee must meet the following criteria:

  • CUNA CFO Council member in good standing;
  • Credit union employee having CFO responsibilities in an affiliated credit union;
  • Committed to serving a three year term;
  • Committed to attending two planning meetings per year and spending 50 hours per year on council work.

Full Executive Committee position descriptions will be provided to all candidates submitting the required materials.

Candidates interested in serving are requested to email a letter of interest along with their resume and a 100 word campaign statement no later than February 22 to the Chair of the Nominating Committee:

The nominating committee will then evaluate and present recommended candidates to the membership for democratic election. The committee will take care to present a slate of candidates that exceeds the number of vacancies and is as geographically and professionally balanced as possible.

The election will be conducted electronically beginning March 10, 2008.  New officers take their executive committee seats at the conclusion of the 14th Annual CUNA CFO Council Conference & Roundtable , May 18 - 21 in Fort Myers, Florida.
