19th Annual
CUNA CFO Council
Conference
May 19-22, 2013
Phoenix, AZ

Why Be a Sponsor?

We know how important vendors are to our success as credit union financial executives. We also know how important it is for you to be able to reach financial executives across the country with information on your products and services. And we've been told that vendors want to show support for the CUNA CFO Council in a way that's meaningful to the relationships you want to build.

Look no further. The CUNA CFO Council has just the program. Our sponsorship program provides you with an opportunity to show your support while gaining a high-profile image with the country's premier credit union CFOs. Here's a chance to have the attention of more than 300 CFOs all in one place.

Vendors can attend the conference through the Sponsorship program by selecting an event and completing the sponsor signup form.

Through the sponsorship program, you'll be able to sponsor popular social events and dynamic educational sessions that give the CFO Council conference its unique feel and flavor. There's no need to staff an exhibit booth and hope that the right participants stop by. The program allows you to mix and mingle with all participants while showing financial support in a public way. Your support will earn the respect of financial executives, and the thanks of the CFO Council through signage, the program guide, and other public recognition. In addition, it will allow you the opportunity to discuss your services/products in detail to a captive audience.

Participation in our Sponsorship program will mean a high profile with just the right credibility, attracting the attention of the most influential group of credit union CFOs.

How Does The Program Work?

We offer four different levels of sponsorship opportunities:

PLATINUM | GOLD | SILVER | BRONZE

You can decide which sponsorship fits your needs and budget. Please see the descriptions below for specific details of each.

Included with every sponsorship is:

  • Platinum Level - Three complimentary conference registrations; three additional registrations from your company may be purchased at the council membership price;
  • Gold Level - Two complimentary conference registrations; three additional registrations from your company may be purchased at the council membership price;
  • Silver & Bronze Levels - One complimentary conference registration; three additional registrations from your company may be purchased at the council membership price;
  • Attractive display signage posted at the sponsored event;
  • Inclusion of your company name, description and website in the sponsorship listing of the conference handbook, used throughout the conference;
  • A link to your company's web site from the conference section of the CFO Council web site at the conclusion of the conference;
  • The option of adding to your sponsorship by purchasing a display table to use throughout the conference for an additional $1,000.
  • A listing of all attendee contact information.
  • Opportunities for discreet literature distribution
  • Public recognition at several of the conference general sessions; and
  • Endless networking opportunities;

Additional vendor representative information - Our sponsorship program allows sponsors to attend all educational sessions, meal functions and networking events along with the credit union attendees. Over the years, past attendees from both the credit union side and supplier side have cited the value of vendor representatives as a part of the whole conference, not just those limited "welcome center opportunities."  For that reason we don't offer a pass for "non-session attendees" who simply wish to staff your display. Additional registrants beyond the number of complimentary registrations included with your sponsorship are at the rate of $845 each ($995 after early bird ends).

Additional participants from the same firm (not affiliates) may also attend based on the sponsorship level in which you commit.

What Activities Are Not Permitted?

The purpose of the Sponsorship Program is to provide vendors with the opportunity to support the annual conference and in return receive considerable name recognition and direct networking opportunities. We request that our Sponsors use good judgment and business practices while interacting with our attendees. Activities or behaviors considered less than productive jeopardize the value of the conference for our attendees and may result in termination of the Sponsor relationship.

No activities may be scheduled at any time that will draw participants away from sessions or other conference activities.

Attendee emails will be shared with you solely for your use as a sponsor for this event.  You may not use those emails for other purposes, or share them with any third parties.

Any activity not sanctioned by the CUNA Councils may not be advertised as part of the Sponsors Program. The Council reserves the right to prohibit distribution of non-sanctioned materials within the designated conference areas of the hotel.

Additional participants from the same firm (not affiliates) may also attend based on the sponsorship level in which you commit.

Participation in the Sponsors Program should not be viewed as an endorsement by the Council.
