Why Be a Partner?
We know how important vendor partners are to our success as credit union financial executives. We also know how important it is for you to be able to reach financial executives across the country with information on your products and services. And we've been told that vendors want to show support for the CUNA CFO Council in a way that's meaningful to the relationships you want to build.
Look no further. The CUNA CFO Council has just the program. Our Partners in Finance program provides you with an opportunity to show your support while gaining a high-profile image with the country's premier credit union CFOs. Here's a chance to have the attention of more than 300 CFOs all in one place.
Through the Partners program, you'll be able to sponsor popular social events and dynamic educational sessions that give the CFO Council conference its unique feel and flavor. There's no need to staff an exhibit booth and hope that the right participants stop by. The Partners in Finance program allows you to mix and mingle with all participants while showing financial support in a public way. Your support will earn the respect of financial executives, and the thanks of the CFO Council through signage, the program guide, and other public recognition. In addition, it will allow you the opportunity to discuss your services/products in detail to a captive audience.
Participation in our Partners in Finance program will mean a high profile with just the right credibility, attracting the attention of the most influential group of credit union CFOs.
How Does The Program Work?
We offer three different levels of sponsorship opportunities:

You can decide which sponsorship fits your needs and budget. Please see the descriptions below for specific details of each.
Included with every sponsorship is:
- Two complimentary conference registrations for sponsorships of $7,500 and greater; one complimentary registration for sponsorships under $7,500;
- Additional registrations from your company may be purchased at the council membership price;
- Attractive display signage posted at the sponsored event;
- Inclusion of your company name, description and website in the sponsorship listing of the conference handbook, used throughout the conference;
- A link to your company's web site from the conference section of the CFO Council web site at the conclusion of the conference;
- The option of adding to your sponsorship by purchasing a display table to use throughout the conference for an additional $1,000.
- A listing of all attendee contact information.
- Opportunities for discreet literature distribution
- Public recognition at several of the conference general sessions; and
- Endless networking opportunities;

Your company's name and logo, along with the CUNA CFO Council logo and conference theme, will appear on the inside cover and be given to all participants. |
Conference Giveaway ($5,000; one opportunity)

Internet Cafe ($5,000; one of four opportunities available)
Internet-accessible computer stations available throughout the conference. |
Golf Tournament ($3,500; three opportunities available)
The annual golf tournament is open to conference participants and guests. Includes up to two complementary golf registrations from your company. |

Daily Newspapers
($3,000; one opportunity available)
Provide a USA Today newspaper for each conference participate at their guest room door each morning. Sponsor will be allowed to place a company sticker with logo on each delivered newspaper

Room Keys ($3,000; one opportunity)
Have your company's name and logo placed on the room key of each conference attendee. It's definitely an item they will have with them throughout the conference. |
Buffet Breakfasts ($3,000 each; one of three opportunities available)

Display Table
Once you become a Partner in Finance, you have the option of enhancing your sponsorship by purchasing a display table to use throughout the conference for an additional $1,000. Simply place a checkmark in the appropriate box on the sponsor signup form. Space is limited.
What Activities Are Not Permitted?
Any activity not sanctioned by the CUNA CFO Council conference committee and staff may not be advertised as part of the Partners in Finance program. The Council reserves the right to prohibit distribution of non-sanctioned materials within the designated conference areas of the hotel and requests that outside activities, such as hospitality suites, not be held.
No activities may be scheduled at any time that will draw participants away from sessions or other conference activities. The purpose of the Partners program is to involve interested vendors in helping financially strengthen the CFO Council and its conference so it is better able to serve more members. Activities scheduled outside the Partnership program negatively affects program progress and confuses conference participants.
What Are The Deadlines?
The CUNA CFO Council Conference and Roundtable is scheduled for May 18-21, 2008, at the Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa in Fort Myers, Florida. In order to get your name in the conference materials, sponsorship payment must be processed no later April 11, 2008.
Sponsorship is always welcome, but agreements received after
April 11 may not be mentioned in the conference program guide. Payment must be made prior to sponsorships being accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be issued until five weeks prior to the start of the conference. No refunds will be available after this date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. For more information, call us at (800) 356-9655, ext. 4018.
